HERMISTON, Ore. – Avamere at Hermiston, an assisted living community in Hermiston, Oregon, received a clinical deficiency-free survey.
The survey is an on-site inspection conducted by the Oregon State Department of Human Services based on guidelines outlined by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. It is a holistic view of the community’s systems, as well as ensuring that care plans are being followed. No clinical citations were reported by the surveyors.
